Leading With Heart Leadership Program

This program is offered specifically for Women of the Episcopal Church (ECW) and offers in-depth experience using circular leadership to conduct meetings for your ministries. The program offers tools for engaging others, building relationships, and accomplishing work objectives while empowering the participants.

Held twice per quarter on a Sunday afternoon, this program will expand your understanding of the Circular Leadership model and offer additional resources to build and strengthen new and existing ministries.
